Do your prices include VAT?
All the prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current rate of 20%. Customers located in the Channel Islands are not charged VAT and this element of the price is deducted in the Checkout process.
How secure is the Totally Funky web site?
Our site uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is encrypted.
Credit card payments are processed in real time by SagePay, an industry approved transaction handler, and we do not retain your card details on our system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment by credit/debit card or PayPal. You can pay using any of the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta or Visa Electron.
What happens if something is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your basket. However you can pre-order out of stock items. As soon as the product becomes available you'll be sent an email to let you know and provided with a link to enable you to complete the order. You need to have an account with us to use the pre-order facility, but registering is quick and easy - it only takes a few seconds.
Alternatively, if you do not have an account, you can simply choose to be notified by email when the product is back in stock. A link is provided next to every out of stock product that enables you to register your email address for an automatic notification.
In the rare event that you have ordered a product that we are unable to send you - typically due to a stock control error or a damaged or otherwise unsaleable item being found in our warehouse at the time of packing an order - we will cancel the item from your order and let you know by email. We do not keep any items on back order, so if the item is still required when new stock becomes available, you will need to place a new order.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
We do not currently offer a giftwrapping service. We can however include a message for the recipient (see below).
How do I send a gift to someone other than myself?
The Checkout process allows you to provide an alternative name and delivery address. If you wish us to include a message with the order, you can provide a message in the Gift Message area. The message will be included on the despatch note inside the package. No price details are printed on the despatch note or supplied with the order. A receipt is sent to you electronically as an attachment to the Despatch Notification email.
How do I send an anonymous gift - Secret Santa and Valentines Day
For a few weeks before Christmas and Valentines Day, the Checkout process allows you to choose to have your order sent anonymously. If you select this option on the Delivery Options page in the Checkout, your name and address will be replaced on the delivery note included with the order, by a humorous alternative name and address - either Santa Claus, North Pole or Your Secret Admirer, Love Lane. Please note that the recipient will not be able to tell who sent the gift, so don't expect a thank you note!
What if I need to return something?
Our "No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

We do not produce a printed catalogue. All the products we offer can only be viewed online.
Do you sell wholesale?
Totally Funky is a retailer only. We don't offer any of our products on a wholesale basis.
