You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on Order History. Once your order has been despatched you can view the despatch method and estimated delivery time, and for courier deliveries you can click through to track the consignment on the carrier's website.

For Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and International deliveries, delivery times and available options are provided during the Checkout process. You will have the opportunity to review the delivery options before completing your order.

Where will you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries worldwide.

Due to the high incidence of international credit card fraud, mainly from Eastern Europe and Africa, a small number of countries are excluded. If your country is not available for selection on the delivery and cardholder address pages during the Checkout process, we do not accept orders from or ship to your country. We are unable to make any exceptions. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Is a signature required on delivery?

A signature is usually required so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.

In the case of deliveries by Royal Mail, if there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to collect the package from your local sorting office or re-arrange delivery.

For deliveries by courier, if there is no one to take delivery a card will be left giving instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.

How can I send a gift direct to the recipient?

It's so easy to send a present direct - the perfect solution for those who favour the last-minute shopping approach! Simply provide an alternative name and delivery address when you reach the Checkout.

There's space to add a personal Gift Message too that will be included on the delivery note inside the parcel. Of course we won't include any price details - you will receive an electronic receipt along with your Despatch Notification email.
